The Pitt is back for season 2, which is great news for everyone, except those of us who are hypochondriacs and watch the show from under a blanket. Starring ER's very own Noah Wyle, who's been a doctor (on screen) his entire career, The Pitt features some of the best performances currently on television. And while the DRs and RNs of Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center don't have a lot of time for a personal life, plenty of the cast are in very public and very cute relationships in real life. Noah Wyle
Current relationship status: Married
Noah married fellow actor Sara Wells in 2014 after dating for about four years. They have a daughter together, and Noah also has two kids from his first marriage to Tracy Warbin.
Noah gushed about Sara when he won his first Emmy last year, saying thanks to "my beautiful wife Sara, who owns half of this, not just because it's California law but because she earned it."
Tracy Ifeachor
Current relationship status: Married
Tracy (who is sadly not in The Pitt Season 2) is married—but keeps her relationship with AdeYemi Eruola pretty private. That said, Tracy did open up to People about losing her wedding ring on set of the show! "I remember going up to Noah [Wyle]," she said. "I put my head on his shoulder, and I said, 'Am I still married?'" (Note: he responded with an affirmative, obviously!)
Katherine LaNasa
Current relationship status: Married
Katherine LaNasa married fellow actor Grant Show in 2012, and they welcomed a daughter in 2014.
Katherine thanked Grant (calling him her "beautiful" husband) when she won the 2025 Emmy, and told Entertainment Tonight "He's been with me through a lot. He's done a lot of self-tapes with me. Thank you, Grant, for the 10,000 self tapes we made in the dining room after we put the kid to sleep. That really was my life until I got The Pitt. So amazing."
Patrick Ball
Current relationship status: Dating
Patrick Ball has been dating fellow actor Elysia Roorbach for two years, and if you recognize her, that's because she had a guest role on The Pitt Season 2. In fact, she played Patrick's patient—and auditioned to get the part just like everyone else.
"It was a dream. We get to turn around and play pretend together again: I get to be her doctor, and [her character] wanted nothing to do with me, and that also felt right," Patrick said, adding that he had "nothing to do with" with Elysia landing the role since she "auditioned the old-fashioned way and got the job and it was a real dream come true."
Supriya Ganesh

Fiona Dourif

Fiona told the I Love You So Much podcast back in June 2025 "I'm in a new relationship with somebody who is kind. It's intensely new. He's kind and a few steps ahead of me in all things which is also fun."

Alexandra Metz

Alexandra has been married to her husband, Zachariah Pierce Groll, since 2021. He's been super supportive of her, writing on Instagram ahead of the Emmys, "So proud of my stunning and talented wife. Rooting for Noah and the whole gang to take home Emmys tonight! Let’s goo." (And they did!)
