Kelsey Swanson is living her best life over on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island with 79 televisions and two boyfriends. The burgeoning reality star has a pretty unusual living situation that’s caused a lot of confusion on the show: she chills in a giant mansion with her mysterious and very wealthy boyfriend—who’s gone half the year living in Miami with his other girlfriend. Meanwhile, Kelsey dates someone else while he’s away. So, what do we know about these lucky men? Buckle up.
Bill L’Europa
Kelsey and Bill (who works in insurance and restorations) are publicly dating—meaning their relationship is being featured on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island and Bill has zero problem being on camera. He also doesn’t mind that she’s seeing someone else, explaining “Bill has always known that I was in a relationship. My parents, they know exactly how my relationship is with my boyfriend. I’ve never lied to them.”
Kelsey also told Bravo, “We actually grew up together. I’ve known him since the 7th grade, and he was actually one of my first crushes. Eventually, we connected a couple years ago, and kind of stayed connected ever since.”
She added, “He’s very, very generous and kind and sweet—and probably loves me more than anyone I’ve ever met in my life, other than my parents” and “Bill has always known that I was in a relationship. I’m somewhat keeping him at arm’s length until I kind of figure out where my relationship is going.”

Her Mystery Boyfriend
Kelsey’s boyfriend hasn’t had his face on camera yet, but The Tab and Decider allege she’s dating a man named John. Note: Redditors also sleuthed out this info, and Kelsey + this guy were seen in photos and footage from a wedding.
Kelsey spoke about her man on Watch What Happens Live, saying “He’s the biggest Housewives fan, by the way. He’s a reality TV junkie. Hardcore. He knows every season. He knows what season Erika Jayne’s husband went to jail. He knows everything, and he loves it. He was very supportive.”
She also confirmed he didn’t want his face shown despite being a fan, since, after all, he’s from one of the “most prominent families” in Rhode Island.
Meanwhile, Kelsey made it clear she doesn’t identify as a “sugar baby,” and that labels “suck.”
She also doesn’t love the term “polygamist,” telling Swooon “I feel like that’s such a dramatic term for my relationship. I think there were times where we had a don’t ask, don’t tell relationship. I let him do what he wanted, and he pretended he didn’t know what I was doing. It was a weird dynamic.”
Kelsey added that “maybe” the right term for the relationship is “polyamorous,” saying, “We accepted a certain relationship, but not polygamous. We weren’t even married.”
