The ‘Euphoria’ Cast and Characters You’ll Meet in Season 3
Just checking in!

If you don’t know who the Euphoria cast is by now, you may be living under a rock. The ones who weren’t already movie stars kind of all up and became movie stars in the four-year gap between season 2 and season 3. Now that the show is finally back, here’s a refresher on the Euphoria cast and characters returning for the new season.
Barbie Ferreira, Storm Reid, and Javon “Wanna” Walton are not returning. Neither are Austin Abrams and Algee Smith as far as we know. However, in addition to the series regulars who are returning, Dominic Fike is back as Elliott, and Martha Kelly is back as Laurie. We will also see Eric Dane (posthumously) reprise his role as Cal Jacobs in the final season.
Here’s who else we’re catching up with and/or meeting:
Zendaya plays Rue Bennett

At the beginning of season 3, the narrator and main character of the series is in Mexico.
In 2026 alone, you can see Zendaya in The Drama, The Odyssey, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and Dune: Part 3. Apart from those movies and the films that came before them in their respective franchises, she’s been busy starring in Challengers, The Greatest Showman, and Malcolm & Marie. Real ones know that she was in a few episodes of The OA. Realer ones still remember her from her Disney Channel days (K.C. Undercover, Shake It Up, Good Luck Charlie, Zapped, Frenemies...the list goes on!)

Sydney Sweeney plays Cassie Howard

Cassie and Nate are engaged and she has an OnlyFans account.
Your mileage may vary with all of the films that Sydney has starred in over the last couple of years. (I, for one, had a great time at Madame Web.) But she has been working hard, with credits including The Housemaid, Anyone But You, Immaculate, Eden, Christy, and, of course, The White Lotus. Prior to that, some of Sydney’s major credits include Sharp Objects, The Handmaid’s Tale, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, and Under the Silver Lake.

Jacob Elordi plays Nate Jacobs

Can the youth of Euphoria thrive in the suburbs? Can they hold down jobs in real estate and housing development? We’ll find out.
Jacob was nominated for a dang Academy Award in 2026 for his surprisingly good (unless you’ve read the book) portrayal of Frankenstein’s creature in Guillermo del Toro’s adaptation of Mary Shelley’s novel. He’s now starred in two Emerald Fennell films, Wuthering Heights and Saltburn. Definitely check out the Sofia Coppola film Priscilla, as well, in which he plays a not-super-flattering take on Elvis. The folks who’ve loved him since The Kissing Booth trilogy are obviously feeling very vindicated about now.
Hunter Schafer plays Jules Vaughn

Rue’s on again/off again girlfriend is now an art student.
This year, you can see Hunter in David Lowery’s Mother Mary and the upcoming miniseries Blade Runner 2099. Since the last season of Euphoria, she played Tigris Snow in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes and played a small but memorable role in the bizarre (no kidding) Yorgos Lanthimos film Kinds of Kindness. Hunter also played the lead in the horror movie Cuckoo and was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award.

Coleman Domingo plays Ali Muhammed

Rue’s sponsor and mentor, by the looks of it, finds her in Mexico.
Coleman is an Emmy winner for Euphoria and has been nominated twice at the dang Oscars since Euphoria season 2, for his leading roles in Rustin and Sing, Sing. This year, you can see him in Michael and Disclosure Day in theaters as well as The Four Seasons on Netflix. He played, in my humble opinion, one of the most iconic characters in The Walking Dead universe on Fear the Walking Dead. Some other films that we must mention include Zola, The Color Purple, and Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. He’s also a prolific stage actor and theater/television director. Did you know that he directed the “Tears” music video for Sabrina Carpenter? Like!!

Maude Apatow plays Lexi Howard

Lexi is working as an assistant for Sharon Stone’s character, a television showrunner.
Maude made her feature film directorial debut with Poetic License in 2025. She also had supporting roles in two traditional (bless) comedies last year, Oh What Fun and One of Them Days. Since the last season of Euphoria, Maude also embraced her musical theater girlie side professionally. She played two of the biggest roles: Aubrey in Little Shop of Horrors off-Broadway and as Sally Bowles in Cabaret on the West End. Of course, in her pre-Euphoria days she had a supporting role on Ryan Murphy’s Hollywood and several of her dad Judd Apatow’s comedies.

Alexa Demie plays Maddy Perez

It appears that Maddy now works with/near Lexi at a talent agency.
Alexa’s indie film credits before and after Euphoria include Mainstream, mid90s, and Brigsby Bear. She was in an episode of The OA as well as the Julio Torres comedy Fantasmas and the infamous Sam Levinson series The Idol. In 2020, she collaborated with photographer Petra Collins on a book of erotic fairy tales. She is also a model, fashion designer, and has directed/starred in a handful of music videos.

Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje plays Alamo

Alamo is a new crime boss whose world collides with Rue’s while she’s working as a drug mule.
Adewale is best known, to me at least, as Mr. Eko on Lost. (That character was a drug mule himself, interestingly enough.) Others know him best as Simon Adebisi from the HBO series Oz. He has appeared in major franchise films as well, including The Mummy Returns, Thor: The Dark World, Suicide Squad, The Bourne Identity. He was nominated for a SAG/Actor Award as part of the Trumbo ensemble and for Lost back in the day. Adewale also played a significant role in the third and final season of His Dark Materials.

Darrell Britt-Gibson plays Bishop

Bishop works with Alamo. Darrell played Darius “O-Dog” Hill on The Wire and has also had significant roles on You’re the Worst, We Own This City, Barry, Power, Get Shorty, and Californication. As for movies, he was critically acclaimed for both 20th Century Women and Three Billboards Outside of Ebbing, Missouri. He played future congressman and cofounder of the Black Panther Party chapter in Chicago Bobby Rush in Judas and the Black Messiah. You might also recognize him from the Fear Street movies.

Marshawn Lynch plays G

G is another one of Alamo’s henchmen types.
Former Seattle Seahawks running back Lynch was an absolute scene-stealer in Bottoms. He played “Mr. G” in that film…any relation?? While he played himself in 80 for Brady and on shows like The League, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and Murderville, you might have also caught him acting on Westworld and in Love Hurts.

Asante Blackk plays Kidd

Kidd is, you guessed it, a runner for Alamo.
Asante received an Emmy nomination in 2019 for the limited series When They See Us, created and directed by Ava DuVernay. He played Deja’s boyfriend Malik on This Is Us and got nominated for a Critics’ Choice Television Award. He is also part of the Proud Family reboot’s voice cast.

Jessica Treska plays Daisy Miller

Daisy is a member of a religious family who connects with Rue while giving her a ride in the season 3 premiere.
As a child actor, Jessica appeared on procedurals like CSI and Criminal Minds, popped up on Roswell, New Mexico as Young Isobel, and played Natalie Keene on Sharp Objects. (This really is your sign to watch Sharp Objects if you haven’t already.) Recently she appeared in the ensemble cast of the Peacock original series Hysteria!

Anna van Patten plays Kitty

The younger sister of Grace van Patten will be in season 3! She plays a stripper at Alamo’s club. Prior to this series, she appeared in the Gossip Girl reboot, episodes of Law & Order: SVU and FBI: Most Wanted. She also played her IRL sister’s fictional sibling in The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox.
IG: @anna.vanpatten
Priscilla Delgado plays Angel

Angel is also a stripper at the Silver Slipper.
Priscilla played Esti González in the short-lived but stellar Amazon Prime Video series A League of Their Own. (Seriously, if you like sports and/or romance this show is a must—and Esti is so cute!) She’s also in the Pedro Almodóvar film Julieta and the Spanish comedy series Just Before Christ.
IG: @priscilla.delgado
Rosalía plays Magick

Magick is, again, a stripper at the Silver Slipper.
This is not exactly the Spanish singer’s acting debut. She appeared in Almodóvar’s film Pain and Glory. But you most likely know her as a singer-songwriter. If you haven’t listened to her new album LUX, uhhh actually what are you doing?

Bella Podaras plays Katelyn

Katelyn is a TikTok influencer managed by Maddy.
Prior to the HBO series, Bella was in an episode of Barry as well as FBI: International. She also had a significant supporting role as the best friend on the Netflix original series Ashley Garcia: Genius in Love.
IG: @bellapodaras
Nika King plays Leslie Bennett

Leslie is Rue’s mother. (Also Gia’s mother, though Storm Reid is not back in season 3.)
King reprises her role from the first and second seasons of Euphoria. In addition, she is a stand up comedian and has appeared on shows like 2 Broke Girls, NCIS: Los Angeles, Modern Family, iCarly, Hannah Montana, and CSI: Miami.
IG: @iamnikaking
Jessica Blair Herman plays Heather

Heather is one of Cassie’s bridesmaids.
Herman played Kim Gordon on the first season of American Crime Story. She is a working actor who has also appeared in single episodes of shows like How I Met Your Mother, New Girl, Don’t Trust The B in Apartment 23, Modern Family, Fresh of the Boat, and 9-1-1.
IG: @jessicablairherman
Alanna Ubach plays Suze

Suze is Lexi and Cassie's mom.
Ubach played Serena, one of Elle Woods’ best friends and Delta Nu sorority sisters, in Legally Blonde. In 2019, she played Jeanine Pirro in Bombshell. Some of her television credits include recurring roles on Men of a Certain Age, Mythic Quest, The Last of Us and Hung. She played Jo on Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce for five seasons. Ubach is also a prolific voice actor whose voice you’ve heard on several animated series as well as the Disney movie Coco.
IG: @alannaubach
Sophia Rose Wilson plays BB

BB is an old friend of the group who shows up at Cassie’s wedding in season 3.
This is/was Wilson’s first and only acting credit!
