Just when you think love is truly dead you come across a story like this and you cry so much you actually become dehydrated and then get a headache.

E!News has shattered all of our hopes for true happiness (because honestly who is ever going to compare to this guy?) and reported that Ryan Macedo BOUGHT the exact bench at Disneyland where he proposed to his wife for her, for her birthday.

Carla and Ryan's relationship is basically one giant fairytale too. They met in 2016 when by chance they were on the same flight. A few months later, Ryan proposed. He told E!News, "I grew up in a Disney family; every family vacation was Disneyland, so I thought that would be the perfect place to propose."

He told staff at Disneyland of his plan, and they left him into a VIP area near the magic kingdom so that he'd have the perfect setting. Obvs she said yes and they married in December 2016.

So for her birthday this year, he decided to top that and try and actually buy the damn bench he proposed on. I know, madness. He told E!News:

"I literally called Disneyland, and I said, 'I have a crazy question.' And the first several people had no idea what I was trying to do... But, I finally got a hold of the right person that said, 'Well, the same bench is put in that same spot every night.'" And I said, 'I want it disassembled, and I want it mailed to me. I'll pay whatever it costs.'"

They actually agreed and now Carla has her very own Disney bench. It also has a personalised plaque with the cutest words that I can't muster the emotional strength to repeat right now, but it's all about living happily every after (you can read it here if you dare).
