Today in celebrity real estate news that'll have you questioning why your parents never made you audition for Game of Thrones and/or forced you and your siblings to start a band, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner just sold their place in Miami. For, like, truly so much money.

TMZ reports that the couple sold the home for $15 million—and made a pretty big profit as a result. Apparently, they purchased this place literally a year ago for $11 million, did a few renovations, and then flipped it—which means they made a $4 million profit in the span of mere months.

As for the rest of the couples' real estate portfolio, Celebrity Net Worth reports that Joe bought a home for $3.7 million in Sherman Oaks back in 2016, and that he and Sophie spent $14.1 million on a mansion in Encino back in 2019 (which they sold for $15.2 million in 2021). They also listed a Manhattan condo for $6 million in 2020, but TBD on what that sold for.

Oh, and before we go, please be advised that Joe and Sophie have a pretty massive combined income. 👀 As in, he's bringing $50 million to the table (it pays to be a Jonas Brother!)—a number that will continue to skyrocket once the JoBros get their earnings from The Tour. Meanwhile, Sophie has a net worth of $10 million thanks in part to the success of Game of Thrones!

Anyway, someone get these two a house flipping show on HGTV!
