Kylie Jenner has reportedly been named in a new lawsuit launched by a former employee – a housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez – who claims she experienced a “hostile” and “toxic” working environment while employed at the reality star’s home. She has, however, stressed that the toxicity did not come from Jenner directly but rather others employed by her.
Vasquez is also alleging that Jenner asked her to clean her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet's home too, and did properly compensate her for the job.
According to legal documents filed in Los Angeles, Vasquez claim she worked for Jenner between September 2024 and August 2025 before resigning due to the conditions.
In the complaint, Vasquez claims she was subjected to ongoing mistreatment by other members of staff, including being assigned the most difficult tasks, excluded from colleagues and allegedly humiliated in front of others.
She also alleges that derogatory comments were made about her background, including her nationality, religion and accent, and that the treatment created what she describes as an “abusive” working environment.
The lawsuit further claims that when concerns were raised, no effective action was taken, and that the situation worsened over time. Vasquez says the alleged experience had a serious impact on her mental health, including symptoms of anxiety and stress, which ultimately led to her leaving the role.

While Jenner is listed as a defendant in the case, reports note that she is not accused of directly engaging in the alleged behaviour, but is included on the basis of responsibility as an employer.
Vasquez is seeking damages including unpaid wages, compensation for emotional distress and additional financial penalties.
At the time of writing, Jenner has not publicly responded to the allegations. Cosmopolitan UK has reached out to Jenner and Chalamet's reps for comment.
As with all civil claims, the allegations remain unproven until tested in court.
