Queen Consort Camilla should be waking up with a smile this morning thanks to royal fans who had plenty of nice things to say about her most recent photo, which has racked up almost half a million likes.

Over the weekend, a photograph shared to the official royal Instagram account showed Camilla wearing a glamorous navy blue dress, complete with her signature hairstyle and gold jewellery. The 75-year-old beams at the camera as she holds just one of the many Paddington Bear teddies that were left in tribute to Queen Elizabeth II, who sadly passed away at the age of 96 last month.

As well as praising the Royal Family's decision to donate the teddies to a children's charity, fans flocked to the comments section to shower the Queen Consort with love. "This ranks amongst the most lovely and breathtaking natural photographs of lovely Queen Camilla I have ever seen!" one person commented.

"Splendid lovely photo," a second royal fan said, with a third commenting: "A lovely photograph of the Queen Consort!"

"Delightful picture!" someone else wrote, as another royal fan chimed into the conversation with: "Such a beautiful poignant photo."

"The Queen Consort is pictured with some of the 1000 teddy bears that were left in tribute to Queen Elizabeth, and will shortly find new loving homes with @barnardos_uk children’s services," the caption of the post reads. "The bears have been scrubbed up to look their best, before they are delivered to their new home. The bears are currently being well looked after at Buckingham Palace, Clarence House and in the Royal Parks nursery located in Hyde Park."

Everyone's clicking on...

The caption went on: "The photograph was taken by @chrisjacksongetty at Clarence House on 13 October 2022 – the 64th anniversary of the publication of the first Paddington bear book."

Speaking of the Royal Family's decision to donate the teddies, Lynn Perry, chief executive of Barnardo's, said: "Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II was Barnardo’s Patron for over 30 years, and we are honoured to be able to give homes to the teddies that people left in her memory.

"We promise to look after these bears who will be well-loved and bring joy to the children we support."

Perry continued: "We are incredibly grateful to Her Majesty The Queen Consort for her support in helping us to raise awareness of the needs of vulnerable children and young people in the UK so that we can continue to support them through our vital services."
