A key member of the royal family will soon be waving goodbye to life in the UK for sunnier climes abroad: Princess Eugenie is set to follow in her cousin Prince Harry's footsteps and is saying farewell to England – and it's all down to her husband Jack Brooksbanks' shiny new job.

Eugenie, Jack and their son August will soon be splitting their time between London and Comporta, an area along the Portugese coast, as Jack has will be commencing a role at the exclusive CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club there. It's owned by multi-millionaire property tycoon Mike Meldman, who co-founded a tequila brand, Casamigos, with George Clooney, that Jack is currently a brand ambassador for.

In his new role, Jack will be continuing to work for Meldman but in marketing, sales and promotion for his Discovery Land Company (which has been working on a very boujee-sounding 722-acre beachfront plot in Comporta since for the past three years). So, it sounds as though Princess Eugenie, Jack and their little one will be spending plenty of time around the sea and sand going forward.

Although it's still in development, when the luxury resort is complete it will boast 300 homes (with starting prices coming in at a casual £3.6 million), unreal views of the Atlantic Ocean, a spa, gigantic golf course and equestrian centre. Erm, fancy giving us a 99% off discount, so we can afford to move their too, Jack?

This isn't the first time that Princess Eugenie has swapped British soil for an overseas adventure either, back in 2013 she spent two years living in New York whilst working for the online auction site, Paddle8. While there, she had a home in the trendy Meatpacking District and she and Jack carried out a long-distance relationship.

Fingers crossed Eugenie will treat us all to plenty of beach spam on Instagram, so that we can live vicariously!
