It's been a busy week of change for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, as they've welcomed their new baby girl Lilibet Diana to their family – the couple already have a two-year-old son, Archie, and have publicly said in the past that they only want two children in total. Thankfully, it already sounds as though their wee'uns are getting along marvellously.

A source is reported to have spoken to Us Weekly about how Archie has already seemlessly slipped into the role of big brother. "They are already back home in Montecito with their baby girl," the anonymous person said. "Archie absolutely adores his little sister and gives her lots of kisses. He’s held her with the help of his parents."

Said insider also added that Archie is "such a kind, loving child and there aren’t any jealousy issues" – so all is more than well on that front over at Chez Sussex.

As well as having a doting big brother, it's clear that Lilibet is also already so loved by her parents, who shared a statement on their Archewell organisation's website shortly after her birth.

It reads: "On June 4th, we were blessed with the arrival of our daughter, Lili. She is more than we could have ever imagined, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we’ve felt from across the globe. Thank you for your continued kindness and support during this very special time for our family."

A further statement from The Duke and Duchess said that their choice of name for their daughter paid tribute to two very special people – The Queen and Princess Diana. "Lili is named after her great-grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen, whose family nickname is Lilibet. Her middle name, Diana, was chosen to honour her beloved late grandmother, The Princess of Wales."

Everyone's clicking on...

Prince Harry is due to fly over to the UK next month for the unveiling of a statue in memory of Princess Diana, who would have been 60 years old this July. Royal enthusiasts, who are eager to catch a glimpse of the new addition to the family, are keeping their fingers crossed that Meghan, Archie and Lili may also accompany The Duke on his trip. However, given that Lili will be super tiny, we're leaning more towards the idea that that's wishful thinking...
