When it comes to trends taking over the celebrity style set, the no trousers style is currently proving the number one look to be seen sporting. In the past couple of weeks, we've seen Dua Lipa, Hailey Bieber and Anne Hathaway all step out having seemingly forgotten their trousers.
And they're not the only ones. This season, we've seen everyone from Taylor Swift and Camilla Cabello to Heidi Klum and Kendall Jenner ditch their trousers in favour of longer top-half hemlines usually paired with XL underwear, tights and knee-high boots.
But that's not to say that's the only way to wear the trend. Especially if Nicole Kidman's latest Instagram post is anything to go by. The actress took to social media to share three photos of herself repping different band t-shirts and err, well not much else.
Take a look for yourself:
Nicole explained in her caption that she was celebrating Aussie music as part of Ausmusic T-Shirt Day today (Thursday, 30th November). Organised by Australian music charity, Support Act, the day raises funds for music workers and those within the industry in need.
In the first pic, Nicole could be seen wearing a Gretta Ray t-shirt, holding the hem down over the tops of her bare legs. The Australian Indie Pop singer and songwriter commented on the post, writing "i am honoured 🥹 thank you SO MUCH !!! 💛✨".
Everyone's clicking on...
For her second tee, Nicole honoured her husband, musician Keith Urban. Her black t-shirt was fittingly emblazoned with 'Urban Girl'. For her final look, Nicole opted for a King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard orange, green and pink tie-dye t-shirt with butterflies printed on the front. Again, Nicole could be seen pulling down the hem in the final shot, with just her thighs visible in the frame.
We know it's summer in Australia RN so likely warm enough to wear just a t-shirt, but if Nicole *actually* went out in any of these looks that really would be taking the no trousers trend to new extremes.
