With winter officially behind us, we're turning our attention to longer, warmer days, and our wardrobes are following suit. Of course, our new season shopping is largely informed by the biggest spring/summer fashion trends, along with outfit inspo from stylish celebrities. So, what if we told you that Dua Lipa (AKA one of our fave fashion A-listers) has just gone and found THE perfect summer dress? Well, you'd probs wanna see it, right? Right.
Dua's latest Instagram post is a reel of pics showing what she's been up to lately. From BTS shots of her hanging out at the MGM Grand Garden Arena (where this year's Grammys took place), to doing eyemasks and even enjoying some ~unusual~ ice cream flavours, her last week is basically one we wish we had. As you scroll through the post, you can also spot a few of Dua's latest outfits. There's a fab string bikini in the mix, along with a crop top and low-rise jeans combo (revealing the top of her lacy briefs). But the look we really wanna talk about is her black party dress.
The silky midi dress has a chic lace-up top, adorned with matching lace appliqué, and a thigh-high slit. In short, it's equal parts summer holiday vibes, and exactly the kind of thing we wanna wear to a mate's birthday night out. Dua finished the ensemble with a pair of oversized sunglasses and strappy mules featuring an ornate rose heel. Amazing, right? According to Dua's stylist Lorenzo Posocco (who shared the outfit on Instagram Stories) the piece is by designer brand, Loewe.
