Warning: For those watching season 13 of MAFS AU in the UK, there are major spoilers ahead, so turn back now if you have better self-restraint than we do.

You may have thought Married At First Sight Australia's latest season couldn't serve any more drama than it already has, but just you wait.

Well deserving of being known as one of the reality TV show's most dramatic seasons, season 13 of MAFS Australia has seen contestants storm out mid-couch session, a dinner party branded the "most toxic" in MAFS history and secret texts come to light.

And the drama is far from over yet, with contestants having gone on to strike up new relationships following the end of filming, one cast member back with an ex and even a pregnancy announcement too!

Prepare to find out all the goss about who's gone on to strike up a new relationship since the show ended.

Alissa Fay

The nurse and social media manager from South Australia was matched with e-commerce manager David.

If you thought their initial nuptials were awkward, it was nothing compared to the pair's Final Vows, David well and truly mic dropping on Alissa before she could even open her mouth to begin her speech.

Alissa has since moved on from her relationship with David, revealing during a MAFS: After the Dinner Party episode she's "so in love" in a way she's "never" been before.

To who? Well, keeping it in reality TV, obvs, Alissa is reported as being in a relationship with Australian Ninja Warrior star Nathan Ryle.

David Momoh

During the same episode, David also confirmed he's since begun to start dating against post-filming.

However, keeping his cards close to his chest, he simply stated: "Life is great, that's all I'm going to say."

Fair do's. And don't worry if your drama cup hasn't been fuelled too much by David's dating update, because the juiciest low-down is up next.

Brook Crompton

Paired with Chris Nield on the show, Brook Crompton became this season's run-away bride when she left the experiment without a word, leaving Chris sat on the couch dumbfounded.

And since the show, she's gone on to reunite with ex-boyfriend Harry, the pair not only engaged but also expecting their first child together. How things can change in a matter of months eh?

Gia Fleur

Paired with Scott on the show, the pair seemed strong at the start, even getting matching tattoos.

However, the relationship slowly went downhill after Gia found pictures of Scott's ex on his phone. The final task also saw Scott left in tears over Gia's interactions with potential match James.

Gia has since found love with Alan Wallace - a fellow reality star alumni who took part in Love Triangle.

In an Instagram post shared last month, she wrote: "Three months in secret, and forever in public to go."

And it seems to be happy days for ex-Scott too.

Scott McCristal

Scott has since found love since filming wrapped too, going public on Instagram with new girlfriend, nurse and fitness model, Brienna Stockdale.

Sharing loved up snaps to his social media just last week, he captioned the images: "Found you." With a heart and lock and key emoji too.

Julia Vogl

Julia was paired with Grayson McIvor on the show but the third commitment ceremony saw the couple decide to part ways.

Julia has since gone on to hard-launch her new relationship on Instagram, sharing a video with singer songwriter Sasha Millar last month.

Stephanie Marshall

Her relationship with Tyson Gordon came to an abrupt end on the show after only a couple of weeks, Tyson quitting the experiment and leaving his bride behind.

However, Stephanie has revealed she's since entered into a new relationship, telling Pedestrian TV she's officially "off the market" and has "met an amazing man".

Stephanie even revealed the pair actually met during her time on the show, the real estate agent having "actually sold him a property" while she was filming.

"But obviously didn’t meet him for quite some time until we did the pre-settlement inspection at the end of October, and I met him then," she added, unable to help noting her new man is "worlds apart" from Tyson.

And another contestant who is worlds apart from his show-partner is Joel.

Joel Moses ... and Bec Zacharia?

Joel was paired with Juliette Chae during the experiment, but their relationship imploded when she quit the show after branding him "evil".

Bec was paired with Danny and despite trying to work through their difficulties, they split at final vows, the MAFS: After The Dinner Party revealing some shocking comments made by Danny which he later issued an apology for.

Since the show ended, Joel and Bec sparked dating rumours after sharing a series of images together online, but they quickly shot them down, Bec confirming in a TikTok live they're just friends.

Luke Fourniotis

After his MAFS relationship with Mel Akbay struggled to move passed being anymore than friends, the pair broke up pretty soon into the experiment.

However, since leaving, Luke has been linked to another MAFS bride from another season - 2025's Jamie Marinos.

The pair have been pictured hanging out - how scandalous. Although, with Jamie's fellow MAFS cast member Eliot revealing a powerpoint of reasons people should date her, maybe her rumoured romance with Luke is exactly that - a rumour.

As to whether Chris or Sam have found new love, I guess we'll have to wait and see? And as for Stella and Filip, well, they seem as happy as ever. We certainly hope Rachel, Steven, Mel and Grayson are able to find their happy-ever-afters too.
