We're now deep into Love Is Blind season eight, and the weddings are fast approaching, but will Taylor Haag and Daniel Hastings make it down the aisle? Well despite their Instagram situation, it seems the Christmas couple have actually had one of the smoothest journeys this season. And here's everything we know about where the couple are at now.
What happened on Love Is Blind for Taylor and Daniel?
Taylor and Daniel were one of the first couples we saw in Love Is Blind season eight, which is set in Minneapolis. During their first date, Daniel got down on one knee and proposed to Taylor. Talk about a successful first meeting.
Jokes aside, these two actually got on super well from day dot. Despite Taylor losing her voice after the first date, they really built a connection, bonding over their shared love of Christmas. They also talked about Taylor's love of fast food - she has a tattoo of Taco Bell in her lip. They also got serious too, talking about their families, with Daniel sharing that his sister is blind and Taylor speaking about her dad who has cancer.
As their time in the pods progressed they even sent each other gifts (Christmas themed of course) and got candid about their body image issues. After this in their next date Daniel got down on one knee for real this time and popped the question, to which Taylor happily accepted.
Now, when it comes to the Love Is Blind reveals, there's always that awkward moment of wondering if the couples will actually find each other attractive. And while Daniel was over the moon about his future bride, Taylor was skeptical, but for a surprising reason.
The following day, Taylor shared with production she was worried that Daniel had followed her on Instagram prior to the experiment. She then confronted him about it, with production even allowing her to check her phone, however Daniel insisted he had never followed her and was serious about their relationship.
It took her a moment, but Taylor agreed to carry on with their engagement and they headed to Honduras with the rest of the group.
And it's a good thing they did, as following the Instagram situ, they've since had one of the smoothest journeys, and dare we say it but become one of the cuter couples on this season?
They had a great time on the trip and things continued to go well when they moved in together, with their biggest debate being how many Christmas trees they'll have.
They then meet each other's families and that goes really well too, in fact Daniel's parents actually turn up to meet Taylor's family.
Are Love Is Blind's Taylor and Daniel still together?
Right now we've still got a few episodes of Love is Blind season eight to drop on Netflix, but as it stands Taylor and Daniel seem the most likely to make it down the aisle and both say "yes".
