Most likely: Gaitok
Fabio Lovino/HBOGoing into the finale, Gaitok: 1) Has access to a gun, 2) Knows Valentin was in on the robbery, and 3) Wants to prove to Mook that he can be the ambitious, tough guy she wishes he was. Gaitok isn't malicious, so I doubt he'd shoot unless he felt threatened, which would also fit with The White Lotus' accidental deaths.
Jaclyn
Fabio Lovino/HBOOk, hear me out on this one. Now that we know that Valentin and his buddies were responsible for the robbery and that they seem to prey on vulnerable women at The White Lotus hotel, it's possible that Jaclyn herself fell for their scheme. If she did give Valentin a huge chunk of change, then finding out the truth from Laurie could set her off.
And if there is a separate shootout and she just so happens to pick up a gun in the chaos, well...you can guess what happens next.

Valentin and his Russian bros
Fabio Lovino/HBOValentin has been sketchy from the beginning, but while Jaclyn may view him as some harmless vacation fling, he's definitely got a dark side. We know that he helped plan the robbery at The White Lotus, which means he has access to guns. We also know that his buddy just tried to scam Laurie out of thousands of dollars. Is he a killer? I'm not sure, but if he's desperate for money, who's to say he doesn't go for another armed robbery?
Greg/Gary
Courtesy HBOWe know that Greg is murderous (RIP Tanya), but is he capable of committing the act himself? Well, Chloe sure thinks so! Greg has the most obvious motives of the group: First, he's currently wanted for questioning in Italy regarding Tanya's death and he's lying about his identity; Second, he's convinced that his only real human connection, Chloe, just slept with Saxon. Greg has the most to lose and least f***ks left to give, and that's a dangerous combination.

Saxon Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBOSaxon began the season with extremely dark, bro energy, and his recent drug-fueled incestuous hookup isn't helping. Saxon seems genuinely disturbed by his actions and is starting to question everything he thought he knew about himself and his sexuality. For someone who defines himself as a macho, straight man, that could be enough to send him over the edge.
Rick
HBOIt's unclear whether or not Rick will bring that gun back to The White Lotus after his night with Frank. If he does, that certainly ups the odds of him being a killer, but I also don't think he has it in him. The only scenario that makes sense to me would be if he had to protect Chelsea.

Timothy Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBOTimothy Ratliff is, to put it mildly, losing it. Ever since he found out the FBI was after him for a shady business deal, he's been spiraling. He still hasn't told his wife what's going on, and now that he's learned that he'll probably have to go to prison, he's become even more desperate. And he knows about Gaitok's gun. Add in the Lorazepam he's taking from his wife, and you've got a disaster waiting to happen.
Chloe
Fabio Lovino/HBOChloe doesn't seem to be aware of the kind of man she's with (i.e. the kind that had his ex assassinated), but the fact that she's with Greg willingly is an immediate red flag. She's also the most mysterious of the group. Who knows what she's done or what she knows? At this point, she could be capable of anything!

Lochlan Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBOLochlan started the season as the most innocent member of the Ratliff family, which is why I always had my suspicions. But now that he's had sex with an older woman while in bed next to his brother, I don't know what to think. He doesn't seem all that disturbed by what went down, but a rejection from his brother could be deadly. Let's just say, if the shots heard in the season opening turn out to be a mass shooting, then this lone white male fits the profile.
Least likely: Victoria Ratliff
Fabio Lovino/HBOVictoria Ratliff is one bad day away from a complete meltdown, but does that mean she'd actually shoot someone in cold blood? I think if she felt threatened enough or helpless enough, she could pull the trigger, especially when she finds out her husband is about to go broke. Also if the meds were strong enough.
