Beef is back! The highly acclaimed Netflix series has returned for season two and this time it's millennials vs gen-z, as two couples become entangled in a web of lies, violence, desire and chaos, all set against the backdrop of a luxury California country club, which has just got a new owner.
And if you're wondering where the likes of Ali Wong and Steven Yeun from season one are, well, we've got some bad news - Beef is now an anthology series, much like The White Lotus, and so each season we'll be getting a brand new set of cast members. However, while it's sad to not see Ali and Steven face off against each other again, the good news is this cast is equally as A-list and features Carey Mulligan, Oscar Isaac and many more very recognisable faces.
So here's what you need to know about the cast of Beef season two, oh and the very famous cameos too.
The cast of Beef season 2
Oscar Isaac as Joshua
Who is Joshua? Joshua is one half of the older millennial couple, and is the general manager at the prestigious (read pretentious) country club Monte Vista Point. As the series begins Joshua and his wife Lindsay are completely at odds with one another, in part due to Joshua's obsession with his job.
What else has Oscar Isaac been in? Where do we begin with Oscar? Most recently you'll likely have seen him as Victor Frankenstein in Netflix's Frankenstein. He's also known for starring in movies such as Inside Llewyn Davis (he appeared in alongside co-star Carey Mulligan), Ex-Machina, Dune, Scenes From a Marriage, Triple Frontier and many, many more.
Carey Mulligan as Lindsay
Who is Lindsay? Linsday is Joshua's wife and is a British interior designer who is a bit lost in her way and is heading towards a mid-life crisis.
What else has Carey Mulligan been in? Carey has been on our screens for years and is most known for her roles in movies such as The Great Gatsby, Never Let Me Go, Drive, Maestro, Saltburn, Promising Young Woman, The Dig, She Said and many others.
Cailee Spaeny as Ashley
Who is Ashley? Ashley is one half of the Gen-z couple in Beef season two. She works at the country club full time and at the start of the series her relationship with her fiancé Austin is seemingly perfect.
What else has Cailee Spaeny been in? You'll most likely recognise Cailee from her role as Priscilla Presley in the movie Priscilla. Or perhaps you'll know her from the most recent Knives Out movie Wake Up Dead Man, or from starring Alien: Romulus or on The Basis of Sex.
Charles Melton as Austin
Who is Austin? Austin is Ashley's other half and works part time at the country club, and is a former college football player.
What else has Charles Melton been in? Charles is best known for his role as Reggie in the Netflix series Riverdale. He's also had leading roles in movies such as May December and Warfare.
Youn Yuh-jung as Chairwoman Park
Who is Chairwoman Park? Chairwoman Park is the new owner of the Monte Vista Point country club and her arrival sets of a chain of events in the series. She's also dealing with a lot of problems in her own marriage too.
What else has Youn Yuh-jung been in? Youn Yuh-jung has been on Korean television since the late 1960s, but most recently you're likely to recognise her from series such as Apple TV+'s Pachinko, Netflix's Sense8 and the movie Minari.
Seoyeon Jang as Eunice
Who is Eunice? Eunice is Chairwoman Park's righthand woman and interpreter.
What else has Seoyeon Jang been in? Seoyeon has previously appeared in series such as Butterfly and Good Partner.
Song Kang-ho as Dr Kim
Who is Dr Kim? Dr Kim is Chairwoman Park's much younger second husband who has stayed behind in Korea working as a renowned plastic surgeon.
What else has Song Kang-ho? You'll most likely recognise Song Kang-ho from his role in the movie Parasite. He's also appeared in TV series such as Uncle Samsik and movies including Snowpiercer, The Host and Memories of Murder.
Matthew Kim as Woosh
Who is Woosh? Woosh is the tennis coach at Monte Vista Point, and has a rather lucrative side hustle going on by selling Korean skincare to the women at the club.
What else has Matthew Kim been in? Beef is Kim's acting debut, but he's best known for being part of the K-pop group KARD.

Not only did Finneas do the score for season two but he also makes a brief appearance when he offers to set Joshua up with his friend.
Baron Davis
The former NBA player is one member of the group who encourages Joshua to join in the poker game.
Michael Phelps
Ok, we didn't expect to see Michael Phelps beating Joshua at poker, but that's exactly what happens and he also demands Joshua Venmos him $10k after he beats him.
Benny Blanco
Benny is another member of the poker playing group - honestly what an A-list game.
Hot Chip
The band appear in a scene when Troy enlists their help to make Josh feel better after the beloved dog Burberry goes missing.
Sunisa Lee
The gymnast appears towards the end of the season when she is considering joining Monte Vista Point.
Eduardo Franco
Eduardo ends up playing a character called...Eduardo who works at an animal shelter.
