If there's one thing we can all agree on, it's that Maya Jama is one of the hottest people to ever walk through the Love Island villa. Yes, we know, she's not (nor has she ever been) an actual Islander — but have you seen her lately? One word: stunning.
When she's not busy telling the Islanders which one of them has been dumped, Maya gets to enjoy free time in sunny South Africa (which sounds like an absolute dream for those of us stuck in the wet and windy UK right now).
Sharing a behind-the-scenes glimpse at her day off from filming, Maya took to her Instagram Story this week with a series of videos in which she appears totally makeup-free. From her own private pool to a restaurant and an outdoor cafe, the TV presenter confidently bares all, showing off her natural skin texture, which we have to say is pretty radiant.
With beautifying filters so rife across social media right now, it's really refreshing to see a celebrity be so real on such a public platform. Just another reason to love Maya, we guess!
Previously speaking to Women's Health UK about her skincare routine, Maya said: "I regularly visit facialist Shane Cooper – he's the best."
"I also use my own MIJ under-eye masks every morning and I recently bought an at-home LED light mask," she continued. "I use it three times a week and, although I haven't seen instant results, I'm in for the long haul to help with fine lines."
During the same interview, Maya teased a gasp out of skincare fans when she announced she's not the best at applying sunscreen everyday, although she admitted that flying abroad so frequently to film Love Island has changed that. "SPF is also very new for me," she said. "I've always been rubbish at wearing it because we live in England, but I take it very seriously now." Phew!
