Kate Middleton just switched up her signature hair look for something a little more millennial

If there's one person in the entire world that can influence any sorta beauty trend, it's Kate Middleton – she is the Princess of Wales, after all. And to prove just that, her highness wore a nostalgic noughties hairstyle during her official royal visit to Scarborough alongside husband, Prince William. *Cue TikTok's 'I'm coming back for you, baby' audio*.

Just yesterday, November 3, the two travelled to North Yorkshire, visiting The Street, a community hub that hosts local organisations, as well as The Rainbow Centre to grow and develop their services for young people and mental health.

Whilst fulfilling their royal duties, Kate looked as stunning as ever, wearing a camel-coloured coat, paired with a matching monochromatic dress and heeled pumps. Autumn vibes to a T. However, it's not the 'fit that initially caught our eye but instead, her glam beauty look.

For the hair, Kate is sporting a very millennial side part (soz Gen Z, that's a humbling hit) sweeping diagonally across her face. Now, that may give you Tumblr 'scene era' flashbacks but as the great Tiffany Pollard once said, it's "nothing of the sort". Think a chic take on the Y2K look.

As for her classic curls, well they have been styled with a loose wave. It very much reminds us of Khloé Kardashian's signature mermaid look, wouldn't you agree? I mean, Kate Kardashian does have a certain ring to it...
