Alison Hammond is a hun culture legend; The Queen of huns, if you will. But as of late, she's been charting new Royal territory: Beauty Queen. I'm talking curly bobs, soft glam smoky eyes and most recently, a manicure that captures the zeitgeist of summer 2026.

Just short of 24 hours ago, Alison announced that she was partnering with Tropic Skincare as their new ambassador – and natch, came a flood of Instagram stories in celebration. And while Alison's glowing complexion is a testament to the products, it was actually her pearl nude nails that had us in awe.

Her long, almond-shaped claws were donned in a pearlescent nude shade – some may say boring, we say totally versatile. The colour goes with virtually everything in your wardrobe, making it one of the easiest manicure trends to wear, while a hint of shimmer nods to the fun of summer.

Better still, Alison's pearl nude nails are refreshingly low-maintenance. Thanks to the mani's neutral hue, it's far more forgiving when it comes to visible regrowth than darker shades or intricate nail art. In practical terms, this means you can stretch that two-week infill appointment to three and a half weeks (or four, if you're lucky).

Oh, and did I mention that Alison is just one in a long line of celebrities rocking the neutral nail look? Her pals, Hannah Waddingham, Amanda Holden, and Cat Deeley have all recently worn nude manis, making it a certified trend.

So, you know what to ask for when you next head to the salon! Pearl nude, it is!
