Sydney Sweeney is a force to be reckoned with, to say the least. The actress has taken the world by storm with her role as Cassie in HBOâs hit TV show Euphoria, starred in The White Lotus and even appeared in 90210. Not to mention the fact that Sydney is also Cosmo's April/May 2022 cover star.
Now, that Euphoria's East Highland High School has shut its doors for a while, the star is prepping for a new role. Sydney shared a post on Instagram introducing her latest role as Penny Jo Poplin in a feature film called National Anthem. Sydney is booked and busy⊠and we love to see it. đ
However, as happy as we are for Sydney and her success, it wasnât her new role as Penny Jo that had us picking up our jaws. Instead, it was the chic new haircut that she debuted in the picture. Seriously, she is totally unrecognisable.
Initially, my main focus was definitely drawn to that perfect full fringe that skims her eyebrows. But after a second (OK, fifth) glance at the picture, it has to be said that Sydney's new hair colour really does complete the overall transformation. From bleach blonde Cassie to now redhead Penny Jo, I think weâve entered a new Sweeney era â and it suits her so much.
And itâs not just us who are here for this look. Fans have also taken to the comments on her post to share their thoughts:
One fan commented: âSOO GORGEOUSâ.
Everyone's clicking on...
Another said: âLove this look đâ.
Another commented: âSYDNEY YOU LOOK SO PRETTYâ.
While one said: âSCREAMING AHHH YOU LOOK SO PRETTYâ.
Another fan commented: âBeautiful!!đ»â.
First, we had Kendall and now Sydney. Who will be next to join the redhead clan? Probably me as Iâm off to buy some hair dye RN.
