Jennie Is Making Lollapalooza History—See Her Most Iconic Stage Fashion
We want to dress like Jennie!

Everyone wants to be “Like Jennie”. Over the last few years, the singer has proven herself to be a fashion maven, and her onstage looks are some of my favorite of the year. And right now, Jennie Kim is making history as the first female Korean soloist to headline Lollapalooza, so I am expecting some fun fashion looks, given how huge of a moment this is for her career.
In addition to being a member of the largest K-pop group Blackpink, Jennie has built a massive solo career, releasing her album Ruby in 2025. She also starred in HBO’s The Idol, and is a certified fashion girlie, working with brands like Chanel, Calvin Klein, and Ray-Ban.
This marks Jennie’s first-ever performance at Lollapalooza, making her headlining debut a landmark moment for the festival and K-pop music. Jennie performed at Coachella with Blackpink in 2019 and 2023 and returned as a solo artist in 2025. She has also performed at Governors Ball and Summer Sonic. This past March, she attended Matthieu Blazy’s fall 2026 Chanel show, and wore the French maison at this year’s Met Gala, so I am hoping we’ll get a potential Chanel stage moment this weekend at Lollapalooza.
When she performs with Blackpink, Jennie’s fashion tended to fall in line with the the group’s aesthetic, tapping into schoolgirl aesthetics and bubblegum pop-type looks, meant to Mary-Kate and Ashley-level match with her other bandmates. But, we’ve seen that style slowly refine in her solo era, even becoming a bit more risqué than usual. There’s a fun edge she’s been adding to her stage looks lately that makes it exciting for fans. We’re getting to see Jennie’s fashion without a larger image being set in place.
Jennie is fresh off the release of her latest solo track, “Less Than a Lover,” and her performance this weekend is going to be one to watch—sartorially and musically. Because I cannot wait to see what she’ll have on this weekend, let’s dive into some of my favorite stage looks from her over the last few years.
