Jack Harlow and Doja Cat on one track could break the internet—and something between the two chart-toppers is finally be on the way.

The “First Class” rapper confirmed that their new song, “Just Us,” is officially dropping on Friday, March 21. “Just Us ft @dojacat … Friday,” he captioned a recent Instagram post, featuring the duo chilling in an industrial kitchen.

Let’s dial it back to March 14, when Jack posted a snippet of the unreleased song on TikTok. The track plays as he lip-syncs on a white sectional couch in the clip.

“I wish it was just us in this bitch / but they can’t trust us in this bitch / ‘Cause I’m trying to bust nuts in this, uh,” he raps in the snippet. Other lyrics include, “Let’s keep it on the hush hush in this bitch / I told her she’s so pretty, and she just blushed in this bitch / She clutch clutchin’ my huh / I’m adjusting my huh.”

While Doja’s vocals weren’t heard in Jack’s teaser, fans speculated that they were cooking up a collab because a few days later on March 18, they were spotted hanging out in Los Angeles per a video posted by Pop Crave. Complex also reposted Jack’s video on social media and reported that Doja would be featured on the track.

This led to more anticipation that a song or music video is in the works, with someone writing, “Smash hit: [pending],” and someone else chiming in, “Interesting duo! Something brewing?”

Jack first expressed interest in working with Doja during a conversation with Variety’s Senior Culture and Events Editor, Marc Malkin, at the publication’s Hitmakers brunch in 2021.

“We’d make a No. 1 together. Doja, I know you know. Come on,” Jack playfully pleaded during the interview.

As for Doja’s musical projects, the “Agora Hills” rapper most recently collaborated with Lisa and Raye on a nu-disco pop track for the Blackpink member’s solo album, “Born Again,” and performed a James Bond tribute with the pair at the 2025 Oscars.
