It's time to book those pedicures in! Summer is fast approaching, and as those longer, sunnier days creep in, it's time to set our toes loose. Wedges with a sculptural heel (or as some brands are calling them, asymmetrical heels) first appeared on runways in SS25 and carried through to SS26 as well. Icon Ashley Graham wore them on the Boss SS26 runway during Milan Fashion Week, and they featured heavily on the AW26 runways at Diesel, Blumarine, Uma Wang, and Hodakova.
Since then, these statement wedge heels have trickled their way down to all our favourite high street stores, including M&S. The brand's Mirrored Strappy Wedge Heeled Sandals come in at under £50 and, considering how wearable they are, you'll more than get your money's worth after a few weekends. The neutral black and white colouring means you can pair these heels with almost any look in your wardrobe, and the strappy detailing is elegant.
