Summer is coming! No, we're not just being optimistic – the signs are there. The sun is shining brighter, the days are getting warmer, and Marks & Spencer has officially just launched its new season with its latest collection celebrating the summer of ‘Love That.’
Proving they're just as excited about summer's imminent arrival as we are, the high street stalwart held its first-ever live runway from the ‘Casa del Compliments’ in Ibiza. Watched by an impressive line-up of M&S ambassadors, fashion insiders, and celebrity guests (including Amelia Dimoldenberg, who is hosting the event, as nominated by M&S's recently appointed Chief Compliments Officer, Gillian Anderson), as well as broadcast across the retailer's social media channels for those wanting an inside look at the styles and trends set to define the upcoming season.
Inspired by an effortless bohemian mood fitting for a summer spent on sandy shores, the collection features tactile fringing, easy breezy silhouettes, and a warm colour palette of browns, tans, and cream. From a scarf-print shirt and shorts co-ord made for dreamy destinations to an embellished mini dress that wouldn't look out of place on a festival field, there's something for everyone, whatever your warm-weather plans.
Below, find the pieces that have earned a spot on our summer shopping wish list. If previous edits from the high street retailer are anything to go by, it's safe to expect a sell-out! Compliments pending...
