The new Netflix documentary has us obsessed with their throwback 'fits all over again
Ever since the Beckham documentary dropped on Netflix last week, it's been the talk of the town. Who knew there was so much drama behind the scenes in the football world!?!? Or the fact that David Beckham's hairstyles were cause of such concern? It's safe to say we learned *a lot* about the famously private couple from the four-part series, and enjoyed every second of the intimate glimpse into their whirlwind lives.
But the biggest takeaway from the hit doc, for me at least, was a much-needed reminder that Victoria and David Beckham are nothing short of style icons. Forget all the football: as the documentary made crystal clear, Brand Beckham was very much made off the pitch – and fashion played a key part in the world's fascination with Posh and Becks from day dot of their relationship.
From their matching head-to-toe leather and blingy all-white looks, to off-duty denim and designer accessories aplenty, no one did couples' style in the Nineties and Noughties quite like the Beckhams – and having dipped our toes back courtesy of the documentary's endless archive footage, we now simply can't get enough.
