It has been a busy past week for Sydney Sweeney! After jetting off on a safari chic girls' holiday and posting some seriously fire underwater bikini pics, (you know, as you do), she made it home in time to make an appearance at Glen Powell's sister's wedding. Though that wasn't without controversy, as the internet was *very* upset with her wedding guest dress of choice. *Sigh.*
Not that our girl Syd is bothered. She was too busy touching down in Las Vegas yesterday [Tuesday 1 April] to promote her upcoming film The Housemaid at the Lionsgate presentation during CinemaCon. How unbothered? Well, her outfit for the occasion suggests incredibly unbothered.
The 27-year-old actress arrived wearing an off-white satin gown that featured a strapless corseted bodice with exposed boning. With a drop waist column skirt emphasised by an oversized buckle belt fastened so low around her hips it was almost at her groin, her hourglass curves were on full display in the dress. Safe to say she was giving body for days.
Coordinating pointed-toe satin pumps, Sydney completed the look with the full head-to-toe ensemble, which was the work of Wiederhoeft and shown in the fashion designer's spring summer 2025 collection. Well known for its bridalwear, it's not surprising Sydney's look is giving Y2K bride. Albeit with a sexy twist.
After all, this is Sydney Sweeney we're talking about, and she's known for her penchant for plunging, cut-out naked red carpet dresses. That's exactly what we love about her style!
