TikTok micro-trends are a dime a dozen nowadays, most of them shining bright for just a few weeks before quickly fading into forgotten fashion history once more (RIP to the short-lived Mermaidcore). Yep, we're talking about the "mob wife" trend that's been dominating our Insta feeds over the past few weeks, inspired by Adriana La Cerva from The Sopranos and manifesting itself in celebs going all out with XXL faux-fur coats, leopard print separates, voluminous hair and stacks of glamorous jewellery.
We've already seen the likes of Suki Waterhouse and Avantika embrace the aesthetic, and now it's Heidi Klum's turn to try the mob wife look on for size – but with a bit of a twist...
Channeling The Sopranos' Adriana: holiday edition, Heidi's latest Insta post is giving coastal mob wife as she poses topless in the sea wearing just a faux-fur maxi coat, teeny bikini bottoms and black-out sunglasses. Truly iconic, tbh.
The occasion? Heidi has *just* released a new song, aptly named "Sunglasses At Night" and produced by Dutch DJ Tiesto. If her look for the video is anything to go by, we have a feeling this is going to be a BIG hit...
