After months of being off the scene due to ongoing health issues, Bella Hadid made her grand return to public life in December 2023 when she was spotted hitting the New York City streets in two back-to-back Y2k-inspired outfits – and looking gorge as ever, might we add. It was a lovely lil pre-Christmas gift for all her millions of fans who had been missing her so (us included, obvs), but now she's only gone and done us all one better by posing for the latest issue of Perfect.
Yep, Bella has *officially* returned to modelling after a one-year hiatus, and we couldn't be more delighted. The four Perfect magazine covers she posed for were released earlier today on social media, shot by Bryce Anderson, styled by the inimitable Katie Grand, and art directed by none other than Bella herself. Talk about coming back with a bang!
Well, it was certainly worth the wait, because Bella is absolutely glowing in every single shot, posing in everything from a baby white tee printed with the phrase "Screaming in Perfect English" to a black Ami dress and shiny silver knee-high boots. But our fave pic of all has to be of her totally naked but for a poster...
Yep, only Bella could rock nothing but black knickers and a white paper poster as a dress, and still look this good... According to Perfect's Instagram, the photo is inspired by "an image of Debbie Harry performing in 1978, wearing as a dress a poster she had torn from the wall outside the venue" – so that helps us make a bit more sense of it all!
An icon taking inspo from another icon... We love to see it! Here's to many more Bella Hadid fashion moments in 2024 🤞
