Kate's design was a little more low-key, and the model has always claimed that she had 'no idea' the dress was completely transparent either, until she saw photos in the papers the next day. Lila's, on the other hand, is very much an intentional naked dress moment – and courtesy of designer-of-the-moment Nensi Dojaka, no less.
