Whether it's a plunging backless dress debuted at Paris Fashion Week, an oversized leather jacket paired with a tiny, lacy slip dress or a retro-glam ballerinacore look, she's always serving. Mixing 90s, slicked-back hair and dewy-faced makeup, minimalist silhouettes and elegant designer labels, she's a fashion icon for the ages.
Now, with her birthday celebrations (Hailey turns 27 on 22nd November) in full swing, she's debuted a seriously chic series of new outfits. A new carousel post on IG shows off looks including an oversized black coat and light-wash denim jeans, a black bomber jacket and baggy matching trousers, and a strapless, burgundy velvet dress from the Mugler archive.
The look that most caught our eye, however? A capacious, fuzzy cream cable knit sweater styled with thigh-high, high-shine orange and black striped stiletto boots. With her hair swept up into a messy bun, a pair of hoop earrings in her ear lobes and some tiny sunglasses, she finished the look off with 90s-style accessories.
With this outfit, she becomes the latest celeb proponent of the "no pants" trend - a look which sees a top, blazer, jacket or jumper paired with tights, thigh-high boots or...nothing else! The top-heavy look plays with proportions and rejects the norms of dressing in order to create a modern, forward-facing look.
