Halloween has been and gone (weep!), social calendars are filling up at an alarming pace, there's a distinct chill in the air and Christmas is just a few weeks away... Which can only mean one thing: party szn is officially in session, and we couldn't be more excited.
It really is the most wonderful time of the year, filled to the brim with events, bubbles, festive cheer and plenty of opportunities to get those sparkly dresses and dancing shoes out once more. It's almost as if Kim Kardashian *perfectly* planned her latest Skims launch to tie in with the start of the season – which of course, she absolutely did.
For just as we begin our search for some seriously party-ready pieces to dazzle in this festive szn, Kim has only just gone and dropped a super-glitzy Skims collection in collaboration with Swarovski. And just to really rub in how much we absolutely *need* to bag ourselves a few pieces from the collab, the star hosted a dazzling soirée last night in which herself and all her famous friends rocked their fave pieces from the collection.
Everyone from Ashley Graham and Gwyneth Paltrow to Emma Roberts were in attendance, but of course the star of the show – as ever – was Kim herself.
Kim went *BIG* with her outfit for the occasion, rocking what might be the most sparkly co-ord we've ever seen – and arriving in a crystal-covered silver car to boot. The new Swarovski X Skims grey high-waist boxer shorts were front and centre of the 'fit, topped with a teeny tiny crystal-encrusted mini skirt and paired with a matching high-neck crystal crop top – worn with no bra underneath, natch.
But the fun didn't stop there! For the back of Kim's outfit was just as impressive, her backless top featuring delicate silver chains and crystals falling down her back. Obsessed, much?
Sadly, the co-ord set itself was a custom-made design by Swarovski, and as such we won't be able to absolutely *boss* the office Xmas party in an exact copy of her look. The slightly less sparkly but no less fab pieces from the Swarovski X Skims collab, however, are just a few clicks away...
