Celebrities sure know how to wear the naked dress trend. From sheer, 'free the nipple' moments (à la Florence Pugh and Noah Cyrus) to daring cutouts (hello, Rita Ora and Julia Fox) - each A-lister has their own preferred see-through option. Now, Sydney Sweeney has just gone and made the case for the fishnet version, and spoiler alert: it's a corker.
This week, the Euphoria star attended an Armani event wearing a mermaid-inspired design by the fashion house. Sydney shared snaps of her latest 'fit on Instagram overnight, showing the outfit in all its glory. The dress itself is a cornflower blue, covered with tiny flecks of glitter, imitating the surface of the ocean. Up top, the sleeveless style is comprised of delicate netting, before transforming into a sheer, pinstripe midi skirt from the waist down. Underneath the dress, Sydney wears a matching bandeau, complete with an Evil Eye motif in the center, teamed with a pair of high-waisted briefs.
As for hair and makeup, Sydney opted for the very on-trend Barbie ponytail, a neutral lip, and soft pink eyeshadow.
