Chrissy Teigen, who, ICYMI, is back on good terms with Presidential Twitter, always keeps things interesting on social media. And the latest (but not the least) post? A shot of her wearing a pretty incred red ballgown.

Captioned "fitting for the nothing awards," in a nod to the total lack of red carpet glamour lately, we see her lounging coolly against a bare wall, one knee propped up to reveal a thigh-high leg slit in the dress.

The drapey gown falls dramatically off one shoulder, embellished at the top with wispy feathers. Some ruching creates loose drapes around the arms, and it cinches in at the waist with a flowing skirt. Honestly dreaming of an occasion to wear something like this to.

The showstopping gown is by Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad, and based on Teigen's photo tags, it appears to have been sourced by stylist Monica Rose. Jennifer Lopez and Priyanka Chopra are also fans of the luxe label, a gown from which might set you back around £7,000.

She finished the look with shoulder-grazing earrings, a stack of bangles, and layered necklaces. Her sleek locks appear to be coiffed by hairstylist Irinel de León, and her neutral (but dramatic) glam was by makeup artist Kristine Studden.

Here's the look in all its glory:

We feel you, Chrissy - the coronavirus pandemic has botched all the normal awards season festivities, so us non-celeb folk haven't had the treat of ooh-ing and aah-ing over the latest sparkly red carpet arrivals. And with most of us cooped up at home, the last twelve months have been decidedly lacking in glamour and style. One day, friends, one day.

In the meantime, while we are staying safe and staying home, there's always sweet nostalgia to carry us through. Why not check out our roundups of the most outrageous VMA looks, celebrities' first ever red carpet looks, the best hair and makeup from the 2020 Oscars, or the best Golden Globes dresses?
