ITV is set to bring a heart-pounding and tense drama to our TV screens this evening, with the arrival of new series Betrayal.
The four part series is set in the modern world of high stakes espionage, and focuses on a mid-level MI5 agent John Hughes who finds himself in the centre of an internal investigation after a case ends in the death of two people. Despite the investigation, John can't let the case go, at great cost to his personal life as his wife Claire struggles with his secrecy.
The new series starts tonight at 9pm and we've got all the details about the cast and where you recognise them from.

Shaun Evans as John Hughes
Who is John Hughes? John is the series lead and an MI5 agent. While following a hunch he plans to meet up with a British Iranian, who appears to have links to a Stockport gang and information about a plot on UK soil. However, before they can meet the informant is killed and John kills the assassin, landing him in hot water back at work. And his trouble at work is also going to impact his life at home with wife Claire.
What else has Shaun Evans been in? Shaun is best known for his roles in recent ITV drama Until I Kill You where he played killer John Sweeney. He's also known for starring in Endeavour, and Vigil.
Romola Garai as Claire Wardly
Who is Claire Wardly? Claire is John's wife. She works as a GP and is the one holding down the fort at home while John engages in espionage.
What else has Romola Garai been in? Romola is best known for starring in Emma, Becoming Elizabeth, The Miniaturist and Atonement. She's also starred in Suffragette, and the original adaptation of One Day.
Zahra Ahmadi as Mehreen Askari-Evans
Who is Mehreen Askari-Evans? Mehreen is put in charge of taking over John's duties, but the pair ended up forming an alliance and working together.
What else has Zahra Ahmadi been in? You'll most likely recognise Zahra from her role in Beyond Paradise, where she plays DS Esther Williams, or perhaps you'll know her for playing Shabnam Masood in Eastenders, which she starred in for a year in 2007.
Omid Djalili as Qasem Asadi
Who is Qasem Asadi? Qasem is thought to be the man behind the attack John is investigating.
What else has Omid Djalili been in? Omid is best known for being a stand-up comedian but has also starred as an actor in His Dark Materials, Gladiator, Sex and The City 2, Dickensian, and The Letter for the King.
Nikki Amuka-Bird as Simone Grant
Who is Simone Grant? Simone is John's boss and the Head of State Threats.
What else has Nikki Amuka-Bird been in? Over the years Nikki has appeared in Luther, Citadel, Gold Digger, Avenue 5, and I, Jack Wright amongst many other projects.
Gamba Cole as Rudy Kember
Who is Rudy Kember? Rudy is a tech whizz that works at MI5 and is a close friend of John's.
What else has Gamba Cole been in? Gamba is best known for starring in The Outlaws as Christian. He's also starred in His House, a Discovery of Witches, and Hanna.
