Married at First Sight UK's Leah has just confirmed she is in a brand new relationship following her time on MAFS UK and her split from wife Leigh, and we've got all the details on her new girlfriend Maz Pacheco.
During her interview with Cosmopolitan UK, Leah revealed she was in a new relationship with a footballer, who was by her side when she got her autism diagnosis. Leah shared the couple's relationship started when she left the experiment and noticed a DM from the footballer after she got her phone back following filming.
And now in an interview with Nonchalant, Leah revealed the name of her girlfriend is Maz Pacheco. So who is Maz? Well here's everything to know about Leah's new partner.
Who is Maz Pacheco?
Maz Pacheco is a 27-year-old professional footballer who currently plays as a defender for Everton.
Over the years she's played for teams including Liverpool, where she started her professional career, Reading, West Ham United and Aston Villa.
Maz is half Filipino on her mother's side and has opted to play for the national Philippines squad.
How long have Maz and Leah been together?
During her interview with Nonchalant, Leah revealed the couple have known each other for 13 years, revealing, "we've always kept in touch, on Instagram and we kind of hooked up when I came out of the show properly."
Leah also gave some insight into their relationship during the interview, adding: "She just gets me for me, she wants to just roll with it. She's fun. She's got her own thing going on as well, so she's always so busy with everything."
There were clues the pair were dating weeks before the revelation
As per the rules of the show the MAFS UK cast are not allowed to reveal their current relationship statuses until all episodes have aired.
However, if you take a scroll through Maz's Instagram pictures there's a lot of comments in the last few weeks from Leah's friends and co-stars who have hyped Maz up.
Such as Rebecca commenting on one of Maz's pictures in October, saying: "unreal 🔥" and Nelly commenting: "🔥🔥🔥😍😍😍."
