Things are about to get a little awkward on Love Island, particularly for Harry Cooksley, as he meets Shakira's mother Sukina for the first time.
In tonight's episode, (Monday 28th July), the family and friends visit and Shakira's mum isn't happy with him...
"I adore him and I really wish I didn’t, that’s the problem. It would be easier if I hated him, but I don’t," Shakira tells her mum and sister Shanti after their arrival.
"What I will say, with him, he can prove himself to you before he has to prove himself to me," Sukina responds.
Harry, along with his best friend Harry and mum Julia, joins them at the fire pit, as the rest of the Love Island 2025 cast watch on tenterhooks.
"We’re not hugging Harry," Sukina tells him while staying seated.
Sukina goes on to add of him ending things with Helena: "I think the whole of the UK is [surprised]. I’m sorry, but we thought it was ‘undeniable’ Harry."
The awkward meeting comes after Sukina blasted Harry on her TikTok.
In a recent video, the online tarot card reader went off on the 30-year-old footballer, who is in a couple with her daughter, calling him a "d***head"
She said: "When I think of the villa I just think of a cesspit, it is just a cesspit and she is surrounded by snakes. She will be getting a deep spiritual cleanse when she comes home and I am just going to add this - Harry needs to shut the f*** up about Shakira.
"Seriously, the only person that's trying to give life to that little situation is that d***head. There, my love and light slipped for a minute.That's about as negative as I got, d***head."
Ouch!
Last week, Harry revealed he wasn't completely over Shakira and wanted to revisit things, after weeks of being in a couple with Helena and going exclusive.
Helena then learned of his true feelings during The Grafties as his behaviour was broadcast on the screen for everyone to see. As a result, she decided to call things off, and Harry chatted to Shakira about rekindling their relationship.
While Shakira wasn't convinced, a daytime recoupling on Sunday's episode saw the boys having to choose who they wanted to couple up with and Harry picked Shakira, saying: "I'd like to couple up with this girl because she possesses qualities I see in a longterm partner. I think I've sat on a lot of feelings and buried a lot of my emotions recently and two conversations brought that back to the surface. I think I've disappointed myself, I've disappointed people in here.
"I know I'm not perfect, I'll never pretend to be, but I wanna be a better person for myself and for this girl. I know she doesn't believe a word that I say right now, but I want her to know that the feelings have always been there, I was just trying to ignore them. As I said to this girl yesterday, I'm either leaving here alone or I'm leaving with her."
Well if Shakira's mum has anything to do with it, Harry, you, could very well be leaving the villa alone...
