Love Island All Stars' Scott Thomas: Everything you need to know about the season 2 Islander

We're just days away from the return of Love Island All Stars, which will see some of our favourite Islanders from over the years reunite and look for love in that boujee South African villa.

Ahead of the 13th January premiere, the cast has already been announced and we're seriously excited to see some classic Islanders return. From season five's Curtis Pritchard, who will of course make everyone a coffee in the morning, to season three exes Gabby Dawn Allen and Marcel Somerville reuniting, we're sure to be in for an iconic season.

One person we're really curious to see the return of? Season two's Scott Thomas. Yes you read that right season two. It's been almost 10 years since we last saw Scott in the villa and a lot's happened since then. So consider this your refresher on all things Scott Thomas.

Scott Thomas is 36 years old, and was born on 11 August 1988, making him a Leo. Scott will be the second eldest Love Island cast member on the series, with Marcel Somerville being the oldest at 38 years old.

Scott first appeared on Love Island all the way back in 2016 on season 2.

Scott was a day one cast member on the second season of Love Island. He was initially coupled up with Zara Holland, however things all changed when Kady McDermott entered the villa on day three and the pair coupled up on day six in the villa.

During the second week Scott was chosen to go on a date with new Islander Malia Arkian and when the pair returned from their date, Kady accidentally spilt wine on Malia, which led to an altercation between the pair and Malia being removed from the villa.

Kady and Scott were coupled up throughout their time in the villa, but weren't without their challenges. At one point the pair ended things, which saw Scott sleep downstairs away from the rest of the house and the pair declaring themselves "single".

However they ended up getting back together during a recoupling and later Scott asked Kady to be his girlfriend by asking her out with a collection of towels spelling out "Be my GF?"

They made it all the way to the final where they came in third place, behind Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen and winners Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey.

The couple left the villa and ending up moving in together, however a year later they announced their split.

Since his time on the reality show Scott has mainly stayed behind the camera and now runs the PR agency The Social PR.

Scott is part of a famous family. His twin brother is Adam Thomas, an actor who is best known for his roles in Waterloo Road and Emmerdale. The twins' older brother is Ryan Thomas, also an actor, who is best known for his role as Jason Grimshaw in Coronation Street.

Since his breakup with Kady, Scott has kept his romantic life private.

Before going back into the villa, Scott revealed he is now ready to settle down and is looking for love.

"I’ve been on a massive journey over the last five years; I’ve been working on sobriety, personal growth, self development, when I first went into the Villa I was still a bit of a boy… I feel like I finally know who I am," he said. "It might sound cheesy, but I’m ready to settle down and I’ve never been open to saying those words. Where better than Love Island?"
