An old video of Molly-Mae Hague speaking about the harsh reality of having boyfriend Tommy Fury away at boxing training camp during her pregnancy is circulating, and it's actually quite sad.
In the clip, Molly-Mae expresses that she feels rather lonely at home whilst Tommy is away for work. The PrettyLittleThing Creative Director spoke of her expectations for her pregnancy as she’s seen others "with their husbands doing baby shopping and cute things" whilst her and Tommy "literally communicate on FaceTime at this point".
Tommy Fury, 23, is a British professional boxer whose base for training is in Dubai and London, while Molly-Mae has remained at their home in Cheshire. Molly-Mae hinted at the fact that Tommy’s absence has made it difficult for them to bond over their impending arrival, and that due to his schedule and work commitments she felt like "he sometimes forgets" she's pregnant because "he has been away so much."
Later in the clip, the former Love Island star goes on further to say that she often must remind Tommy that they will be parents in two months. This has reignited the conversation on social media, with many fans stating that his absence during such a crucial time in their lives is actually quite sad, and calling for the boxer to come home to his girlfriend.
Others have defended the couple, though, insisting you never know what dynamic works for other couples, and that Molly and Tommy need to do things their own way.
Either way, we're super excited for Tommy and Molly, and can't wait for them to become a family of three.
