Lord of the Rings prequel The Rings of Power is very almost here, dropping on 2 September, but how can you watch it in the UK?

The long-awaited series takes us once again to Middle-earth, set thousands of years before the original Lord of the Rings. Heading back through Middle-earth's four ages, The Rings of Power tracks the events of the long and destructive Second Age, where we can expect all kinds of fantasy, action and mystery to unfold.

And the good news is, it's easy to watch in the UK. Hooray! Here's how...

How to watch The Rings of Power in the UK

The Rings of Power will be available to stream on Prime Video with an Amazon Prime subscription. The series drops on Friday 2 September in the UK, with episodes one and two set to drop back-to-back. New episodes will then air weekly every Friday, with the finale expected to land on 14 October.

The Rings of Power is free to watch on Prime Video with an Amazon Prime account - so if you're already a Prime member, you're good to go! Find the series here.

If you're not already an Amazon customer, you can create an account here. If you're an Amazon customer without Prime, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial.
