Wearing a striking blue maxi dress with a cut out back, Kim looked incredible as per usual, donning sunglasses for photographers on the red carpet.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed Julia Fox was also photographed on the Vanity Fair afterparty red carpet, and are imagining the awkward run in that could ensue. She wore a wearing a black leather look with, er, a bag made out of actual human hair.
