Kim Kardashian just got real about why North West is often unhappy with her, and it's probably not what you think.
While it would be easy to assume an eight year old would be most upset with their parents over their snack options or TV choices, The Kardashians star Kim has revealed North actually complains about her mum not wearing enough colour.
"North is very opinionated when it comes to what I’m wearing," 41-year-old Kim said at Vogue’s Forces of Fashion conference. "She’ll always complain when I’m wearing too much black."
Kim continued, "I showed up at her school on Valentine’s Day wearing head-to-toe pink, and she got so excited she ran over and hugged me. [Of course] she opened my coat, saw the black lining, and says, ‘Mom, you’re still wearing black.'"
To be fair to Kim, the Skims founder has been wearing a *lot* of pink lately, and North's admission that she doesn't like her wearing black is quite surprising considering Kim previously described her as "full goth."
"North is, like, goth," Kim told Ellen DeGeneres (via MailOnline) last September. "She's into Hot Topic and she puts fake tattoos on her face. She listens to Black Sabbath! She's just like a full goth girl."
As for her other three children, Kim continued, "[Chicago] is my girliest girl that loves pink and purple and makeup," Kim shared. "All my kids are so different.
"Saint is like video game, tech wiz — like, amazing. And Psalm is really into Paw Patrol and Cars. Like, every kid is so different. But Chi-Chi is my little princess. Anything princess, anything girly girl—that's her."
Ahh, mothers and daughters, eh?
