Faye Winter from Love Island was in major argument mode last night [17 August], after working out who had voted for her and Teddy Soares as the least compatible couple.
After Priya Gopaldas and Brett Staniland were voted off by the public, Priya pulled Faye aside to share that she hadn't voted for them. "You two are a great couple and I just wanted you to know that with the voting, we didn't vote for you," Priya told Faye. "Because I genuinely believe that you and Teddy are super solid. I just wanted to let you know that."
As a result, Faye worked out that Jake Cornish and Liberty Poole, Millie Court and Liam Reardon and Kaz Kamwi and Tyler Cruickshank had voted for them. As a result, Faye kicked off, questioning whether her fellow Islanders had been two-faced or tactical with their votes.
Viewers quickly took to Twitter, though, to insist Faye was slightly missing the point of the vote. Many insisted the other Love Islanders hadn't suggested she and Teddy weren't compatible at all, but rather were the least compatible from the options in the villa.
"Least compatible and not compatible are not the same thing," one person wrote, while another put, "Literally every couple liked each other than Priya and Brett, they had to go for *someone*. Faye needs to rest."
Someone else added, "Does Faye not understand that they had to vote LEAST compatible instead of not compatible. Big difference."
