It's been just over a week since Love Island made its return to screens, and since then we've seen a shock dumping, a dramatic recoupling and even some kissing (we're looking at you Aaron and Sharon). But there's one couple who have noticeably not been getting in on the kissing action – Kaz and Toby. Despite being coupled up since episode one, and being the only pair who've been on an actual date, they've only locked lips during the challenges.

But, in last night's (July 4) episode of After Sun, we saw a teaser clip of the couple sharing a kiss on the villa's terrace. Naturally, viewers were confused by the kiss, especially since Toby told the boys he's been holding back, and feels that Kaz likes him more than he likes her.

Fans took to Twitter to question what the kiss might mean. "Kaz needs to read the room and realise Toby doesn’t like her. I really want better for her but she doesn’t help herself. Like come on please😭😔" tweeted one viewer. "Toby is really not [to] be blamed here. My good sis Kaz is really missing all these signs. What they really need is honesty and communication," said another.

Other viewers compared Toby and Kaz's situ to Jake and Liberty's. "Kaz deserves better yes but there’s no way she don’t know Toby doesn’t like her…atleast with Liberty and Jake, Jake is giving fake energy so to Liberty it seems like he likes her," said one viewer. "Literally Toby and Jake just need to have honest conversations with Kaz and Liberty because both girls are genuinely catching feelings," tweeted another.
