The moment we've all been waiting for is *finally* here, Love Island will be back on our screens tonight at 9pm after almost two years. Ahead of the launch, ITV have released some teaser pics of the first coupling up, but one Islander is noticeably missing.
In the pics, Liberty Poole, Sharon Gaffka, Kaz Kamwi, Faye Winter and Shannon Singh line up to meet the boys, Brad McClelland, Aaron Francis, Jake Cornish, Hugo Hammond and Toby Aromolaran.
As the boys enter the villa one-by-one, the girls step forward if they're interested. If more than one girl steps forward, the boy gets to choose who he wants to couple up with – but if no one steps forward, he's relegated to the sun beds.
Although we can't actually tell from the new teaser pics who couples up with who, we can see that Islander Chloe Burrows isn't there, leading some fans to suspect she'll be the first bombshell of the season (aka the person the producers throw in to stir up drama with the couples). Luckily, we only have to wait until tonight to find out what's actually going on.
Love Island viewers have already taken over socials to share their excitement for tonight's episode. "Love Island is about to make 9-10pms great again," tweeted one fan, "Happy Love Island Eve, don’t forget to put your type on paper by the fireplace for Laura and Iain tonight xxx" said another.
"Right now the new islanders are already day 2 into the villa ugh I cannot control myself I wonder what they’re doing" tweeted former Islander, Shaughna Phillips.
