Ovie, you were doing so well! Everyone's favourite basketball player is a favourite to win this year's Love Island, and has kept us laughing throughout the series. But we have to admit, a recent conversation about lizards "ruling the world" has left us... baffled.

The Islanders were chatting when Chris brought up the subject of lizards. Ovie chimed in: "Lizard people f***ing run the world! Reptilians!

The boys were completely nonplussed by the statement, and Tommy Fury was positively beaming, having mentioned earlier in the series that he believes the same conspiracy.

Ovie continued: "All the richest, famous, biggest mother****ers in the world. Reptilians."

"I swear to God they’re f***ing reptilians! It’s a fact. They’ve just learned how to mask themselves as human and blend into society."

Amber, however, wasn't convinced. Speaking in the Beach Hut, she said: "How is this a thing? How is this shite a thing?

"What the hell is going on here? I love a conspiracy theory but I was like, 'where the hell has this come from?'"

And the internet is similarly confused by the whole concept.
