• Fans are now questioning the authenticity of the show, or whether scenes are filmed multiple times in order to create scenes that producers desire.
  

Love Island viewers are questioning how heavily edited the show is, after noticing Yewande Biala and Anna Vakili swap seats during an intense chat with Lucie Donlan.

During an episode that aired on 14 June 2019, Lucie, Anna and Yewande are sat with Amber Gill and Maura Higgins around the fire pit, discussing why Lucie isn't closer to the girls in the villa.

"You're not spending enough time with us and it feels like you're a little bit more reserved," Yewande tells Lucie, before Anna adds, "This isn't just for relationships and love. I've found amazing friendships in here, do you know what I mean? I want you to experience that as well."

After Lucie admits "I don't hang out with girls, that's just what it is", fans noticed Anna and Yewande swap places, so Yewande was now sat on the far right, while Anna was between her and Amber.

"If you weren't loved by everyone and people didn't want to spend time with you, no one would give a s***", Anna continues, before Yewande adds, "We want you to be involved. We want you to be closer."

Fans didn't let the swap go unnoticed on Twitter. "Wait, are there people who don't understand the E N T I R E thing is fake?!", one person wrote, while another added, "This Lucie crying “scene” last week really sums this season up. Anna & Yewande somehow swap positions mid scene whilst Lucie is crying. I know it’s scripted reality but they’re not even bothered about hiding it no more #LoveIsland [sic]"

Oooh. Did they legitimately swap while the camera was on Lucie? Have producers edited two scenes together? Is it a trick of the light? We have reached out to ITV2 for comment.
