The people of Twitter have ~opinions ~ about tonight's episode of Love Island. Tommy sang Hannah Montana's 'The Climb' and a brand new contestant, Molly-Mae, arrived to shake things up. But the one thing about Lucie that viewers won't let go of? Her decision to eat both an apple and a banana at the same time.
Nope, nothing to do with her triangle of a love life. Everyone is now obsessing over her snacking habits, as you do. "Why is Lucie eating a banana and an apple at the same time??!!" one person Tweeted. "Lucie cant decide if she wants a banana or an apple [.] Let alone if she wants to be with Joe or Tommy," another added.
After everyone has already been mocking her over saying "bevvy", the poor girl really can't catch a break. It didn't help that the episode kept going back to this particular scene, meaning shots of Lucie munching on the two fruits at once recurred throughout the hour-long show.
A metaphor? Maybe. But in the end all we can say is: you do you girl.
