Love Island's Megan has defended her decision to have plastic surgery and argued that there shouldn't be any shame or stigma attached to it.
The 24 year old - who came fourth in Monday night's final with Wes - said her procedures made her feel better and more confident, so who is anyone to judge.
"I don't think it should be a massively negative thing," Megan told Cosmopolitan UK.
"I think if you want to do something to make yourself more comfortable, then why not? I didn't think 'I'm trying to be a role model', I did it for me and no-one else.
"I'm not ashamed of it and I will admit it. I've done what I’ve done because it made me me feel confident and comfortable.
"People get their hair done because it makes them feel nice. I get my lips done because I feel better, it doesn’t have to be a massive deal."
Everyone's clicking on...
Megan then went on to explain the list of surgery she's had done, laughing: "It's huge!"
"I got a boob job at 19, and had another one when I got older and had more money to upgrade the surgeon! And I had my nose done and my lips filled. And the teeth.
"I’m happy but you never know [about having more surgery in the future]... When I have kids I might have my boobs done again. I don't think it’s a massive deal if it make you feel comfortable then you do you."
Megan also revealed that she won't be returning to glamour modelling, adding: "I don't want to go back to those jobs, I'm done. Wes has seen some of the [glamour pictures of me on Instagram] and I'm like, I don’t really look like that, I had a sweaty top lip every day!"
Good to know that even Megan gets a sweaty lip sometimes...
