Elliot and Julia tend to keep their relationship fairly under wraps, which is why every cute update feels like such a big deal—it is his first public relationship since coming out as trans in 2020, so can you blame them?? “I want to share with you that I am trans, my pronouns are he/they and my name is Elliot.
