Viewers have been shocked to learn of Reagan Hancock's utterly horrific murder (and that of her unborn child) at the hands of Taylor Parker, a woman who faked a pregnancy when she became concerned that her partner, Wade Griffin, wanted to end their relationship.
This tragic story, and Parker's many other lies such as claiming she was set to inherit millions of dollars from her wealthy family, has been detailed in Netflix's Maternal Instinct documentary – along with a cowboy-themed maternity photoshoot that Parker and Griffin took part in, with photographer Kelly Mae May.
Since the documentary aired, May said she has been subjected to trolling, despite being unaware of Parker's true nature, and has since taken to TikTok to speak out about the "evil" killer and her experience of meeting her.
May started her post by apologising to Hancock's family for all the pain they've been through. "As [Taylor's] photographer, she seemed very normal, she was a very happy and bubbly person," May explained. "She did not act as if she was crazy, she even had her daughter with her, Wade the boyfriend was with her while I took her pictures.
"She looked pregnant, she looked like she was going to have a baby. I didn't look at her belly, she never changed [clothes], I personally did not know them, they drove about three hours to where I lived."
May also shared that Parker message her early on, seemingly confirming she was planning to let her deception run and run, and that after Parker's crime she was contacted by several people urging her to remove the maternity shoot images. Once Parker's arrest was made public, May said she then got "so much hate" for having taken the pictures, despite having no idea that Parker was faking a pregnancy.

She ended up going to court in relation to Parker's case.
"My pain was nothing compared to what the family went though," May concluded.
