We've woken up this morning with a massive Married At First Sight UK-shaped hole in our lives and we know we're not the only ones. Social media is awash with theories about which couples are still together (and, more importantly, which ones aren't), as well as tea on the friends and foes coming out of this year's cast.

Plenty of the MAFS UK contestants are getting in on the online chatter, too. Which has got us wondering: how do they find the time to keep up with all those social media comments? Here, we take a look at which MAFS UK contestants have gone back to their day jobs (question: how are they juggling their new online fame alongside that!?) and which ones have traded in their 9-5s since leaving the show...

MAFS UK contestants who have gone back to their day jobs

Rebecca

Throughout this season, Rebecca made it clear how much her life in Liverpool means to her – including the aesthetic business she runs and the home she's built for herself. Being so passionate about her work, it's perhaps unsurprising that she hasn't hung her scrubs up after the show. She's continued to post on social media about her clinic... even inviting some of her MAFS UK co-stars in for treatments. After all, that big house ain't gonna pay for itself!

Bailey

During Home Stays week, Bailey revealed that his job as a sales manager means he gets to work from home a lot. Like ex-wife Rebecca, he also runs his own business, which is a brewing company named after his daughter, Bluebelle Brewing. Since leaving MAFS UK, Bailey hasn't posted anything specifically about his work life, but one viewer on Reddit posted that they had run into him at a conference recently – so it's safe to assume he's gone back to his 9-5.

Nelly

Cosmetic dentist Nelly has continued to post about her dental career since leaving MAFS UK, and this job title still appears in her Instagram bio as well. What's more, she's been posting about her dentistry as recently as this month (November), which is long after the current season of MAFS UK finished filming.

"If your partner isn't making you smile, I will," she wrote in the caption of one post along with a winking face emoji.

Joe

Before heading onto this season of MAFS UK, Joe worked as a personal trainer – and he's kinda gone back to that, but on a bigger scale. The controversial contestant recently announced he's launched his own online coaching business, called Joe & The Gym.

Julia-Ruth

Julia-Ruth, another controversial contestant from this season of MAFS UK, has also gone back to her day job as a dancer. In her Instagram bio, Julia-Ruth features some of her dancing credits, which include former Little Mix member Leigh-Anne Pinnock, with whom she danced for over the summer at festivals like Reading, Boardmasters, and Hoopla Malta.

Maeve

Maeve, who is also an aesthetics practitioner like Rebecca, has returned to running her business since leaving MAFS UK. As well as posting about her aesthetics business on Instagram, Maeve has shared details of the online beauty academy she runs as well.

Leisha

As well as aesthetic practitioners, this year's MAFS UK contestants will never have to look for a dentist again... as Leisha also works in the dental industry. Unlike Nelly, Leisha isn't a dentist, but she does manage a dental practice, which is detailed in her Instagram bio.

Reiss

Leisha's ex-husband, Reiss, has also seemingly gone back to his day job, as two of his business profiles still feature in his Instagram bio. One is a decorating business which is based in Essex, while the other – branded Reiss Motivates – offers "meaningful art" that can be customised with "your own empowering message."

Davide

Davide's relationship with Keye isn't the only thing that came to an end after MAFS UK finished... his time as a member of cabin crew did, too. Davide's Instagram bio now reveals that he's no longer working as an airline cabin crew, and has instead gone full-time as an influencer, which makes sense, considering he's now got over a quarter of a million followers on Instagram alone!

"✈️ Ex cabin crew / Content creator📍UK," his bio reads.

Dean

Before marrying Sarah on MAFS UK, Dean worked as a team-building host for corporate events. Since filming ended, however, he's making the most of his social media fame, signing up to Cameo (a site where fans can purchase custom video messages from celebs and influencers) and appearing at several PR events.

Prices for Dean's personalised Cameo videos start at £37, and options include a happy birthday message and pep talks.

Anita

It's unclear whether operations manager Anita has returned to her office job since leaving husband Paul and MAFS UK, but at the very least, she's picked up a new hobby and potential side hustle. On her Instagram, Anita has been posting more and more of her fire breathing, using the hashtag 'fire performer' – which suggests this has become a source of income for the reality star.
